CAMRAmble – Humshaugh to Hexham Linear Walk

Mileage: 6.0 – 8.0 miles total (to be confirmed)

Start / Meet: Platform Bar, Platform 2 Hexham Railway Station, Station Road, Hexham, NE46 1EZ

Public transport to Haumshaugh and / or Chollerford pub(s)

Our lunch stop will be at one of these pubs where snacks & light meals will be available.

Then STEEP road walking for 3/4 mile (NOTE: no footpath) to enjoy lovely views over the Tyne valley. Footpaths and lanes to Acomb and Anick to enjoy pubs serving cask ales. (to be confirmed)

The ramble will conclude at the Platform Bar, Hexham
